The saying is true, "Failing to Prepare is Preparing to Fail".  Sunday School teachers need to be "be instant in season, out of season" (2 Titus 4:2).  We need to be preparing by prayer and study every day in order to be effective teachers.  We will bring enthusiasm to the classroom if we are prepared. Preparation makes us feel confident and excited about what we are doing!  A hurried teacher is never satisfied with the outcome of the class.
